Events are on Pitloon!
For the longest time I have thought...
I can do a better job at automotive events than instagram/facebook
Which is probably not that grand of a statement considering one of them doesn't do events, and the other apparently doesn't want you to ever find your upcoming events list.
So What's new?
There is a link to Events in the navigation bar. It takes you to a page that has the following:
Sun
10 May
Sat
16 May
Vehicles that are attending
There is no obligation to say you are "interested" or "going". However, you can fill out a cute little attendance card.
It lets you select which of your vehicles you plan to bring along, and you can write a short message that the organiser (and other attendees) can see.

Who can create events?
For now, anyone with a Brand associated to their account can create events. This is to ensure legitimate events are created on the public list.
I intend to allow everyone to create events eventually, once a version public/private events is implemented.
It will only get better from here
Most of you already know this, but for those who aren't aware; I write the code for Pitloon, and I answer to no one.
That gives me incredible flexibility with regards to what features I can add, and how quickly I can iterate on them.
The events feature is super exciting for me, and I really hope you enjoy it ❤️
